It means that there is a problem with the resolution of the newly added domain name. Check whether the relevant record points to the ip of the server. The proxy cannot be used.

      I reinstalled all records and also reinstalled the mail server, but the problem persists. Any other ideas?

              How do I uninstall it completely without leaving any traces on the email server? So I can reinstall in a pure way.

                After uninstalling the mail server, move the /www/vmail directory: mv /www/vmail /www/vmail_bak
