please do we have any solution? something i can do? I can not give access to the server. I can harm myself.. 
How do I uninstall it completely without leaving any traces on the email server? So I can reinstall in a pure way.

After uninstalling the mail server, move the /www/vmail directory: mv /www/vmail /www/vmail_bak

Solved by installing aapanel on "centos 7" and "negix" ... using "Ubuntu" can cause this problem
