  • Can't add domain on mail server

aaPanel_Kern

My MX record has a domain in "Mail Server", the configuration is this:

mx / mydomain.com.br / mail.mydomain.com.br / ttl auto / priority 10

    aaP_vini
not lost. At the same time, the A record in the mx record does not use the proxy state. At the same time, it must point to the ip of the server, preferably the ip of ipv4
Ping is just a test, if you can connect normally, you don't need to manage

I'm worried because the email server was working normally. However, when I went to install a new domain on it, it broke.

It means that there is a problem with the resolution of the newly added domain name. Check whether the relevant record points to the ip of the server. The proxy cannot be used.

I reinstalled all records and also reinstalled the mail server, but the problem persists. Any other ideas?

Hi, can you give us your aapanel information? The server makes a snapshot backup first, if possible, please send it to kern@aapanel.com.
It is recommended to fill in the following
          Post link:
SSH IP address, account password and port:
aapanel login link address and account password:

No post link will not be able to know which user's information is

please do we have any solution? something i can do? I can not give access to the server. I can harm myself.. 🙁

How do I uninstall it completely without leaving any traces on the email server? So I can reinstall in a pure way.

After uninstalling the mail server, move the /www/vmail directory: mv /www/vmail /www/vmail_bak

aaPanel_Kern It works, my dear. Thank you very much! Problem finally solved with complete uninstall. 😀
