when try to execute "yum -y install htop && htop" then got this:

There are no enabled repos.
Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable <repo>

      I am using an AA panel Control panel. It is continuously increasing CPU
      and Load. Also, I used the command top and saw that
