    Just have restarted the panel and got this error, seems like their a record is missing. that URL is unavailable worldwide. so, I'm using previous ip addressed and it has fixed it. I will back it to normal when their a record is online again.

      Reinstalled the server with Debian 11:

      -> Installed AAPanel.
      -> Changed the host file

      Still getting error: json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)
      REQUEST_DATE: 2024-01-07 11:02:46

      Even tried to clean browser cache/history and incognito mode but nothing works even multiple times shift/f5

      I think they will continue to fail again. And we will do so as a temporary solution.
      Btw, I just created another VM instance and then installed Aapanel but other strange issues appeared. 😃

          edward_nguyen yes, this issue is popping up on new installations. i'm looking for a temp fix for it too

              I installed AAPanel under Ubuntu 22.04, with a lot of work, as the auto-installer didn't work at all.

              Fiz download do arquivo sh e, a partir de um tutorial, rodei a instalação. Abriu, porém, não passa da tela de conclusão, pois mostra o erro:
              I downloaded the sh file and, using a tutorial, ran the installation. Once opened, however, it does not go beyond the completion screen, as it shows the error:

              requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='brandnew.aapanel.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/panel/getSoftList?status=False&msg=Please+login+with+account+first&environment_info=%7B%7D (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known'))

              Segui algumas instruções do fórum, coloquei os DNS no arquivo, porém, descobri que o subdomínio brandnew.aapanel.com é o grande vilão, pois ele não existe, basta verificar neste link: https://dnschecker.org/#A/brandnew.aapanel.com.

              Como finalizo a instalação? Existe outro endereço, outro caminho, outras instruções?

                aaP_titanyusfi123 unfortunately, no fix for new installations on official script. there are mods, but I fully discourage using them, because they might have exploits

                  These are the Cloudflare CDN IP addresses. Simply pointing the domain to DNS won't resolve new installations. The aapanel team needs to re-add the servers to the domain. Are there any alternative temporary solutions for fresh install available?
