[FIX] brandnew subdomain is DOWN
Lucifer any solution for this?
Lucifer For me it only started yesterday in new installations...I've tried everything!

Just have restarted the panel and got this error, seems like their a record is missing. that URL is unavailable worldwide. so, I'm using previous ip addressed and it has fixed it. I will back it to normal when their a record is online again.

Reinstalled the server with Debian 11:
-> Installed AAPanel.
-> Changed the host file
Still getting error: json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Even tried to clean browser cache/history and incognito mode but nothing works even multiple times shift/f5

I updated vhosts as shown in the picture, but it is not fixed 
UPDATE: THE FIX (ATM) DOES NOT WORK FOR FRESH INSTALLATIONS!
I'M DOING A COUPLE TESTS AND WILL KEEP YOU GUYS INFORMED
FOR EXISTING INSTALLATION, BASIC PROCEDURE AFTER MODIFYING /etc/hosts IS:
- SHIFT F5 a couple times
- Restart panel and server
- Fix panel (option on home)
- Incognito mode

I think they will continue to fail again. And we will do so as a temporary solution.
Btw, I just created another VM instance and then installed Aapanel but other strange issues appeared. 
edward_nguyen yes, this issue is popping up on new installations. i'm looking for a temp fix for it too

Instalei o AAPanel sob o Ubuntu 22.04, com muito trabalho, pois o auto-instalador não funcionou de forma alguma.
I installed AAPanel under Ubuntu 22.04, with a lot of work, as the auto-installer didn't work at all.
Fiz download do arquivo sh e, a partir de um tutorial, rodei a instalação. Abriu, porém, não passa da tela de conclusão, pois mostra o erro:
I downloaded the sh file and, using a tutorial, ran the installation. Once opened, however, it does not go beyond the completion screen, as it shows the error:

Segui algumas instruções do fórum, coloquei os DNS no arquivo, porém, descobri que o subdomínio brandnew.aapanel.com é o grande vilão, pois ele não existe, basta verificar neste link: https://dnschecker.org/#A/brandnew.aapanel.com.
I followed some instructions from the forum, put the DNS in the file, however, I discovered that the brandnew.aapanel.com subdomain is the big villain, as it doesn't exist, just check this link: https://dnschecker.org/#A/brandnew .aapanel.com.
Como finalizo a instalação? Existe outro endereço, outro caminho, outras instruções?
How do I complete the installation? Is there another address, another path, other instructions?
