Error while creating subdirectory

I encountered an unknown error when trying to create a binding subdirectory

I have restarted the server, but the error persists. I cannot create binding subdirectories for any domain

I previously added the * .domain.com record, and now do I have to add tracking.domain.com records?

I added a record, but I still cannot add the binding subdirectories
