    Turn off your Firewall:

    sudo ufw disable on Ubuntu or sudo systemctl stop firewalld on CentOS 7

    Then try accessing the dashboard.

    If it still doesn't work, than run sudo iptables -F to flush the iptables.

    Than re-enable the firewall later either in the Security Section or by install the SYS Firewall plugin from the App Store.

    Actually, you don't have to run the disable firewall command. You can just run the sudo iptables -F command instead. However if that doesn't work, then you would have to run the disable firewall command

      Hello, is port 8888 open in the system firewall? Is the server provider's firewall open on port 8888?
      The system firewall can open the firewall by executing the following commands:
      firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=8888/tcp >/dev/null 2>&1
      /sbin/ufw allow 8888/tcp

      The server provider needs to open to the provider's background.
      Is the link fully entered? You can use the bt 14 command to view the default link

                If it is not running, it will be useless if you open the port. If it is not running, please start it: bt start
