SSL can not auto renew

Yes, i can confirm that SSL not working from last update. First SSL is not renewed auto then when i done it manually still not working. I bought SSL for 5$ on year to websites continue showing.

then i removed ssl and run manually then renew for 90 days but still show no ssl, then i bought SSL because it is server in production and doesn't have time to check errors and fix it
