I found:

Document description:
privkey.pem Certificate private key
fullchain.pem PEM format certificate with certificate chain (nginx/apache)
root_cert.csr Root certificate
cert.csr Domain name certificate
fullchain.pfx Certificate format for IIS

How to use in the aaPanel:
privkey.pem Paste into the key entry box
fullchain.pem Paste into certificate input box

Then i following that step. Manual input key and pem.
But stil got message bellow πŸ™

Certificate error, please paste the correct PEM format certificate!

    first, i'm ussing file verification, no error message but ssl not working.
    second time, i'm using DNS API manualy, but still not working. (Same no error message.)

    I try to put other certificate, but pem error message "invalid PEM file".

      I have trien to create key manualy from my ubuntu server. It produce .csr and .key file.
      Then i go to GoDaddy SSL, to create and request Cert. It work. Until i got 3 file to download.

      1. e49bb57b6c35596f.crt
      2. e49bb57b6c35596f.pem
      3. gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt

      i have tried one by one. but ...
      Error message.

      "Certificate error, please paste the correct PEM format certificate!"

        @andiafri Is it possible to send me the panel details? and if you are using cloudflare for DNS then cloudflare login details?

          AFAIK you must turn off Cloudflare if you are using DNS verification.

            After this runing, no error no warning. But ssl no found.

            what should i do?

              aaPanel_Jose sorry, the problem is : i double installed Python maybe. I don't now if aa panel have Python 3 installed already πŸ™‚

                for me ssl Let's Encrypt only works with apache! in about 5 vps whenever I install nginx the function of issuing ssl certificate Let's Encrypt stops working! and so some people can not enter my site, they say that the page is blank, and others can only access it with vpn. and it doesn't just happen with my server. and it does not matter the region BR OR USA the error is the same
