  • MY SMTP is not working after the update of aapanel 7.0.17

Hi, I am using digital ocean hosting and this is the server details
ubuntu-s-2vcpu-2gb-blr1-01 and using this script for my website https://codecanyon.net/item/uptoearn-monetized-file-uploads-saas-ready/45880691?srsltid=AfmBOop_S4oMPFl-**yXJXiG8nsYKxJ4F9tWIpQgsL1cW6PPznrwHol91K and my website name is this https://uptoearn.pro/ What I am facing problem is my SMTP is not working due to that visitor are not able to contact me as well as verify themself through mail. I am using Hostinger for mail for my website admin@uptoearn.pro this my mail. I already contaact both of them related to this issue and found zero error from there side. When I first setup this it was working fine after that there is not update for my themes or script only the thing what change is aapanel version and after the update my smtp is not working please look into this look this is the test mail at that time and here is the smtp setting

    Hello, updating aapanel will not affect the operation of the website mysql. aapanel is an independent service.
    Is your mailbox server deployed by yourself?
    Possible problem is

    1. The address of Mail Host is different from the mail domain.
    2. Is the SSL certificate of the mail server correctly deployed and does it include authentication Mail Host?

    Same problem here after update... and the problem same at fresh aapanel too... the error same like in image capture...

      Hello, please check if your server can connect to port 25 of gmail? If not, maybe your server does not allow connections to port 25 of other servers.
      If you cannot connect to port 25 of other servers, you cannot send emails.
      CentOS:
      yum install telnet -y && telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
      debian/ubuntu:
      apt install telnet -y && telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
