  • Database list, site list, everything are now undefined

When we tried to access our panel; we found things like this on TWO of our server.

What happened?
The site and database still working though. But I cannot do anything regarding panel.
I had restore the backup from the two days ago but apparently this issue happened before.
Previously we had closed port 22, 3306, and only few accepted like 80 and 443 from the VULTR firewall and also via security in the panel.
We also put on the basicauth, googleauth here.

Any idea how this thing happened?
How to restore?
Help?

I don't know actual fix , but you can fix temporarily by changing the application to the developer mode

go to setting>Developer mode (make it on)

adityasaha from what Jose explains, i guess this disables the encryption during the panel data transmission. so only apply this if you make sure you have safe http connection or on a don't-really-give-a-crap-about-security kinda server

And thanks god this is more like a data presentation kinda error than actual loss of data. the latter would make a lot of poor guys loose their minds and, presumably, jobs.

@aaPanel_Jose the "Fix" does not work to me too.

In addition to what others are shared as issues (db, security...) I get on the App Store:

      • a white empty page for each item clicking on settings button
      • a popup message "This plugin does NOT have template!"
      • No navigation among pages

Basically the panel is not usable at all.

Enabling the "developer mode" fix it but it brings me in an unsecure space

aaPanel_Jose thanks for fixing it but there is something not clear to me

i did i the installation (6.8.4) and basic setup one week ago. Never clicked on “fix” or “update” or anything else

The panel worked fine for me. My last access to it was three days ago. Yesterday I had another access and it was broken

how does the accident happen on my own instance? For sure not me so can you elaborate a bit more on the lifecycle of it?

if one js file was not successfully uploaded when it happened and who did the full upload missing the js file?

Do you publish fixing in the background on our live instance without having me clicking on “fix” or “update”?

if you provide automatic updates is good to know and thanks for that. It would be great if the automatic update inform the user about it and what is included

need some clarifications to have a better understanding of aaPanel. as I said, started using it one week ago for the first time

      many thanks

This problem is caused by missing an updated js when packaging the panel installation package and not submitting it. Usually we fix some bugs and repackage the panel installation package and upload it to the node

The panel does not have the function of automatic repair and upgrade.

It may be because you got a problematic installation package after repairing or updating the panel yesterday.

The upload time of the wrong installation package was 18:00 yesterday

please clear the browser cache or force a refresh of the browser ctrl+f5 to fix this problem

          aaPanel_Jose thanks for clarifying that

one more question from my side is always related to the lifecycle for aaPanel: I can’t see your continuous fixing on aaPanel pushed to the git repo.

          what’s the reason?

          thanks again for your work
