error in moving the item to trash, WordPress.

Hi, I am getting this error message in my fresh installed wordpress: error in moving the item to trash.

I have tried mysql 5.7, 8, mariadb 10.7, 10.11, 11.3 with openlitespeed server and php 8.3, 8.2.
But getting same error. It was working fine but for some reason I installed the aapanel again on a fresh ubuntu 22. After that i tried all versions mentioned above but getting same error on a fresh WordPress. I have even tried nginx.
