FTP Storage Permission denied

Hello guys,
i have added my FTP Server with "FTP Storage" for my backups. Most backups work fine but some abort with the info Access Denied for the folder. I have checked the permissions and als seems good. Also if I try to access the folder directly from FTP Storage it promts me the Account Settings page again. After saving them and entering the folder again it is the same.
The folders are created by the backup script from the panel.

Hello, do you have any error screenshots? What website and database are being backed up?
Do you have permission to upload files and create directories?

aaPanel_Kern I Try to backup all Databases and Websites with the cron job. The Directorys are successfully created:

And some Databases are successfully uploaded but some get permission denied. Also for example for mail backup:

In The FTP Storage screen i am able to create a folder:

But for example if i want to open the Path folder:

The Account Settings screen opens:

Does the mysql directory exist under the database?

But not all ans some backup worked two times so there is also a backup file in it but without changes it now does not work for any:

aaPanel_Kern I have now deleted al CRON Jobs for Backups and reinstalled the plugin. Works for now. But now i have a nother problem. I have one very large webiste with 8GB and get this error for the Backups:

Is there a way to increase the timeout or is this caused by something else

It is recommended to check if the FTP server has any restrictions. Is FTP over the Internet?
