Is it possible with wp-rocket? Can you tell us what tool you use to test mysql?
I have LiteSpeed plugin. Not tested, only see in aaPanel.
Can this plugin do indexing?
I don't think. I never see a plugin what make indexing in sql tables. I hear from you first

Stealth it also has revert function, you can revert changes later if needed
