I encountered a critical issue while attempting to increase the swap file size using the Linux Tools application. The server froze during this process, and after a hard reset, it became completely inaccessible. When trying to access the control panel, I receive an "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" error. The websites hosted on the server are also unreachable, and the server's IP address does not respond to pings.
The server is hosted on an Amazon EC2 instance. I can connect to the server through the console provided by Amazon's web interface, which seems to use Amazon's local network. However, the server's external IP address remains unresponsive.
When connecting to the server through Amazon's console, I can see that both the control panel and the server are operational. HTTPS is disabled, and the ports are open. I've attempted to restart the control panel, but the situation remains unchanged.
Could you please advise on potential solutions or steps to resolve this issue? I urgently need assistance in restoring normal access to the server and its services.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
