(PROBLEM) PostgreSQL Manager and PgSQL does not create a new database

The databases are working, but I can't create another. AaPanel saves the database but the pgsql service does not create it. I tried to restart the server and it not worked.

Obs: It would be great if Aapanel has PgAdmin4 WEB like PhpMyAdmin and the latest version of PostgreSQL (version 16).

I have a problem with postgresql 16 with aapanel. I did removed the database from aapanel but it doesn't from server CLI. After I removed from the server. Now, I can't create database from aapanel. I tried restart aapanel and it does not help at all.
