Hello, please check whether the root password of the database interface is correct? You can try to build a test library. If it is incorrect, try to reset the root password.
Hi,
You mean phpmyadmin? I don't use that interface, only the mysql app.
Test directly in the Databases interface
How do I know if the root password is correct? In the aaPanel interface I can only check this password and reset it. I don't know if it's correct because I've never had to use it. Can I reset it without it breaking the operation of the databases that are currently running?
Just add a test database directly and you will know
If you are afraid of problems, it is recommended that you make a server snapshot backup first.
I have already done the test. I can change permissions without errors on new databases, but not on old databases.
Can you confirm that this will be solved by updating the MYSQL root password?
Hello, is it possible to modify it when trying to use phpmyadmin?
phpmyadmin isn't installed. I meant reset the password from aaPanel.

I have created the database correctly. So... should I still reset the root password from aaPanel? Will that fix the error? If not... How can I fix the error that does not allow me to change the access permissions to the existing databases?
Thanks
If you can create a database directly from aapanel, it means the password is correct. It is recommended that you synchronize the database from the server to aapanel, or use phpmyadmin to check whether there is a related database?
So... the password is correct. I don't understand the need for synchronisation. The databases are on the same server that runs the panel.
Looking at the error I can read...
TypeError: list indices must be integers or slices, not str
I'm not an expert, but that makes me think of some error in the code, specifically the type of variable defined.

Hi, can you give us your aapanel information? The server makes a snapshot backup first, if possible, please send it to kern@aapanel.com.
It is recommended to fill in the following
Post link:
SSH IP address, account password and port:
aapanel login link address and account password:
Detailed problem description:
No post link will not be able to know which user's information is, and the problem will not be processed
Well, it seems that the problem has fixed itself, probably thanks to one of the updates. So, even without knowing the cause of the problem, thanks for continuing to debug the panel.
