php site running without php and new site not running on php

I have a new and urgent condition on website. after installation on a server one php site I added is working without php installation. And I added another domain after so many days and its not working. I uninstalled php and the php site is still working how is it possible. at core os php is not installed . there is no php in aapanel apps I mean how is this possible

Each domain or site you add into your system runs as independent. This means one site can have PHP and the other not. When you create a site, you are able to add a php version into it.

PHP should be available in the apps, several versions of it.

What system are you running? LAMP or LNMP?

This is possible if you are using OLS as a web server,
because lsphp will not be deleted when php is uninstalled from the panel, because it will not generate php.ini if lsphp is installed again after deletion.
