Hello, you can try the One-click migration beta. After the migration is complete, be sure to check the integrity of the data including whether the website is accessible.
Known issue: SSL and reverse proxies for sites will not be migrated
Solution: Upload the following files from the old aapanel server to the same directory of the new server

/www/server/panel/data/proxyfile.json

If you have any questions, please ask them directly. There is no perfect tutorial. Follow the prompts to resolve the error.
I use the One-click migration beta plugin but it showed me error connections.

error in connecting. Please check whether the new aapanel has panelSSL turned on. If so, turn it off and try to connect again.

I used One-click migration beta to move my websites and database but I noticed that the database is empty in the new server aapanel

Yes it is normal when I tried to import the data manually. But it did not work when i used the One-click migration beta
Are there migration logs? My test here is normal.

aaPanel_Kern It says it already exists but there are no records in the new database. Is there a way to clear the database in the new server and re-run the backup from the old server 
You can try to delete the relevant database in the new server. Run again
I have done it. It doesn't copy the database content.
Are there any relevant error logs? If it cannot be migrated, it is recommended that you migrate it manually.
