no issues, actually I didn't know the steps to create it, I know that how to create in Virtualmin but as aaPanel a new system for me, so I want to know to know the steps I need to take to make it happen as I am not very technical person....

Thank you for providing me the link to the video, I have created my mail server, I have send a test email from it inside aaPanel and it is deliver successfully to my mailbox, then I reply to it but I didn't received the email in the inbox inside aaPanel. Then I use smtp details to connect with Mailster inside wordpress but I am getting the following error

telictech ok is your server with https? Does your mail client demand SSL or TLS? It seems by your print that you dont have those options selected in there, also make sure your timeout to be "bigger" then 10 seconds, i would suggest 60.

no it is not https, as I haven't install the SSL yet, it is a fresh domain where I have created the mail server following the video that you have shared with me, now I tried again with TLS with it is the same ...

Yes tried already, same error...

also I can send emails from the email server that I have created aaPanel but can not receive emails on it, I don't know why it is happening as I setup the mail server correctly...

telictech restart the aapanel and try again, if that does not work, please check the logs and post here for update the part

It seems that the OpenDKIM service is not running properly, try executing the following command

chmod 777 /etc/opendkim/keys/houseoflla.com
chmod 600 /etc/opendkim/keys/houseoflla.com/*
chown -R opendkim.openkim /etc/opendkim/keys/houseoflla.com
systemctl restart opendkim

I'm on digital ocean as well but my port 25 is closed. Are you sure yours is open?
