How do login into the web interface?. Asfter the installation see the line : aapanel: http://Public IP:8888/some letters and numbers but they follow to a watchguard firewall. Regards

Hello aaPanel Team,

I have been testing and learning aaPanel for last couple of weeks for a personal home server project and in this short period of time that I have spent with aaPanel, I am really impressed with the feature list / UI and ease of use. So before I rant about few of my personal hiccups, I would like to thank you people for this awesome piece of software.

Any one coming from cPanel / DirectAdmin based managed hosting will really find it super easy to learn and will definitely appreciate this plug n play type one command job to get it installed. Stuff just works without touching any complex configuration or such. Specially for non technical users, its damn easy.

Having said, coming to my rant.

I have tried with CentOS 8 (Bare Min Install) and Ubuntu Server 20, in both cases, the initial install is really slow, specially with compilation process. To be fair, yes indeed the UI informs before hand that it will take few hours but while monitoring my system performance, I don't see the installation maxing out anything.

Server has barely any load, multi core processor is seating basically idle, RAM usage is so low, that swap isn't touched.

Pardon me for a stupid question, why can't the installation process fully utilize the idle seating system resources?

I don't understand this "(the existing environment can not be installed)" does that mean that if I have already installed Apache or Nginx or anything I can't install aaPanel? Do I need to install aaPanel first and after that setup everything? Can I install on a working web server with several virtual hosts on it?
