After testing, your server is only open on port 22.
If you need to access aapanel and your website, you need to open ports 80, 443, 8888.
You need to open them from an SSH terminal using firewalld.
You also need to go to a VPS vendor, such as Google Cloud VPS Firewall to open these ports.
