One-Click Migration does not migrate database successfully

KVM VPS
Centos 7.7.1908

Using latest 6.5.5 panel for both local and remote

both mariadb10.4

web folder migrates fine

database name is created on remote panel, but the database is not migrated over (its empty)

this has happened a few times on a few vps

Anything I am missing?
