PHP 7.4 looks promising, so far with nginx the load is lower compared to 7.3.

aaPanel_Jose Hello, it would be good to know which database is the one that is consuming a lot of RAM, I have 16GB of ram and I have 12GB of RAM used in Database I don't know why if I don't have traffic on the web.
