unable to access SMTP

Please help.
I can not sent email on panel or by any software.
I test by a n online smtp tester:

Have you ever reinstalled the postfix package yourself?

what is postfix package?
I a few time, uninstall and then reinstall mail server from app store.

people please use port 587 to connect to smtp port thats how I got mine server working. instead of pop use imap on port 143

You loged in on my aapanel and checked and sent me this email:

I created a test account jose. It sent everything normally. I think there may be a problem with your account name. Please try changing the password or changing the account name and try again.

but problem exist.
I changed password of jose account and tried to send eamil by windows smtpsender but it not worked.
Also i check email by https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test
Users can not login on smtp.
Only when i send mail by mail sender of aapanel it works:
