SSL certificate for www

Hello everyone
just installed the panel today, but I can't figure out how to make a SSL certificate for www.domain.com, domain.com is fine but www ?
I tried everything but nothing works.

P.S Error
Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.domain.com. The certificate is only valid for domain.com.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Check this :
Website > Operation column > Conf > Domain manager > add www subdomain here
then, in the same window : SSL menu > Select all and apply.

i'm afraid to delete them. but do i have to in case to create new ones?

No, above tips do not help. It is failing at "SSL menu > Select all and apply" as it does match.

Hello, try to use the incognito mode of the browser or change the browser to visit
Also check that the domain name used matches the domain name of the certificate

I used both chrome/firefox in incognito mode; same result. Under the ssl certificate, it looks like only "domain.com" is available. "www.domain.com" is missing. I've already added "www.domain.com" under "Domain Manager" and renewed/redeployed the certificate.
