Fail2Ban is not starting and showing error while reloading

Fail2Ban has successfully been installed but, When I check the service status in the setting, it shows currently close, When I click on start it says successfully started, and then when I go to website protection and try to create something This error pops up

And also when I try to reload it from the service status section it shows an error "Service is not enabled, please open the service first"
can anyone help me with that??

yes, after last update, fail2ban always stop, nor integrationg with system. it's bug. still wait answer from @kern.
