SSL stuck on "Saving..."

Ever since the last update (6.8.15) I am unable to install Let's Encrypt certificates, we submit the request, it validates, proceeds to getting the certificate and gets stuck on "Saving..." with the spinning icon.

Left it overnight, no good.
If I refresh the page and leave the cert is not installed.
Already ran "Fix" the panel doesn't solve anything.

Not only the aaPanel isn't saving the certificate, now we can't even get a Let's Encrypt cert because of this Panel.

168 hours. That's 7 fucking days we're stuck because of this shit unable to get a cert for the domain. Fucking shit updates.

aaPanel_thisyear you should have paid more attention to the error message:

too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours

For every request a certificate has been issued.
It's the panel that fails to install the certificate.
5 certificates have been issued.
168 hours.
I will have to wait one week (7 days) to be able to get a certificate. Period.

Because of trusting this panel, when all you show is more incompetence. (wasn't even able to read the error message properly)
Even if the 168 hours pass, then what? The issue (the SSL bug) hasn't gone nowhere.
