I have a problem with e-mails. All sent emails are treated as spam. How can I fix it?
Mail server - spam
1.Check your IP in spam list
2.Check all records - MX record A record SPF record DKIM record DMARC record
- SSL for email
- test email with https://www.mail-tester.com and fix all required things
then done.
- Where can I find the list?
- All records are OK.
- I have SSL
- 10/10
I am from Poland, so I checked several bigger mail operators in my country, e.g. onet.pl, wp.pl, o2.pl and here it does not detect it as spam. The problem only occurs on gmail.
for my domain gmail is safe it comes to inbox iam using aapanell only and it depends on your isp may be too..and fnaly gmail knows why it sents to spam may be the email content.

I have 2 VPSs and on both I use aaPanel. There is the same problem on both servers. The servers are from nazwa.pl (the biggest hosting company in Poland, so I doubt that this is a problem on their side).
try any usa server on trail base and see..
If you have a 10/10 score on mailchecker, gmail should accept your mails. Gmail is very friendly accepting mails in comparison to MS hotmail.
I would check if your server IPs are 100% white listed. Even big hosting provider reuse IP cluster when used for spam.
And check if the reverse dns entry is set.
guid
How can I check it?
You can check with glockapps.com
It's a pay service but they offer a free trial
Gmail uses spamhaus for blacklist check
You can test your ips there with https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/
Also so not forget reverse DNS setting that might help a lot
Yes, revdns was the problem. Thanks.
In order to get your mail delivered in INBOX, you need to warm up your IP and make sure it's reputation is good.
