PHP Stopped Working

Not sure what am I doing wrong, but memory usage is very high. So I limited FPM options to better accomodate this but now PHP has stopped working. When I start to start it again I get this error:

Warning message:

/etc/init.d/php-fpm-73: line 82: kill: (30677) - No such process
[28-Sep-2021 12:36:07] ERROR: Another FPM instance seems to already listen on /tmp/php-cgi-73.sock
[28-Sep-2021 12:36:07] ERROR: FPM initialization failed

Help would be appreciated.

service php-fpm stop
service php-fpm start

Thanks for the response. Already tried this. No luck, the error is still happening.

Update: ram usage is settling at more than 80% now.

remove extension = /www/server/php/73/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20190902/zend_test.so
from /www/server/php/73/etc/php.ini
