I installed the pure-ftpd app.
but it does not start.

It´s not OS error because before I have Debian 9, Debian 10 and yet CentOS 8.
I suggest you disable tls first, we found that both centos8 and debian 10 have this problem.
After TLS = 0 immediately started the FTP, thank you

If it is only needed to change TLS = 1 toTLS = 0 in ftp configuration

aaPanel_Jose I am having the same issue and I disabled TLS in configuration. Still not working.
