CPU usage aapanel with CPU on terminal

can you explain usage CPU from aapanel with terminal is difference?

what should to be benchmark?
and why some time we see on teriminal (top -c), cpu usage over
100% specially on mysqld?
how can we set it stable below 100%?

because we confuse why it more then 100%. maybe it sum all for core cpu. thanks alot

because we have complain from our vendor, because there is CPU usage above 100%. they see on top -c, we dont know.
we see on top -H
there is no proses over the 100%.
and from aapanel status CPU there is no over than 50% every vCPU.

but we was give explanation to them about this.

i think as long as no proses STUCK in 100% we say it normal proses...
and we use the KVM not openVZ VPS type.
