If you need public network access, it is recommended to use a server with public network IP to establish a website.

I only use localhost for internal company pages, an intranet.
I wanted to manage for each site a domain, but for my aaPanel server to manage. I'm doing tests, I created another DNS zone on my Window Serer which is my DNS with another domain name and I'm managing to resolve multiple domains and internal site installations now.
