http works but https not working

Hello, i'm pointing this domain to my server myserver.tn..
Accessing http://myserver.tn/ works perfectly but https://myserver.tn/ doesn't

everything working after
stopping appache and running nginx + removing the domain from websites..

Now the test access can access HTTPS normally. Was it caused by multiple WEB services before?
