CPU 80-100%

The CPU load when installing any applications is 80-100% and takes tooooooo much time. PHP 8.0 is installed for about half an hour or more and at rest, CPU load is stable by 5-10%. How to reduce it?
Raspberry Pi 4B 4G, Ubuntu 21.04/64, Monitory is off.

Of course the installation process will be released automatically after the installation is done

Please check the access log..then see the user agent or bot whose status is burdening your server,..then please make conditions in your nginx configuration..

aapanel_power I've done it all..but it's not optimal....notifications on the android application are also blocked...and reduce my website readers..even sometimes my ip is considered an attack ip or a malicious ip
