Can't access Admin Panel

Hi there, I must say it's great to use the panel. Unfortunately, for the past couple of days, I am unable to access the admin panel. I see this error:

This site can’t be reached
IP took too long to respond.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

The problem is that I found some solutions on this forum, but all were pointing to some SSH command which I have not idea how to use. I apologize, but I am not an expert in such things. Therefore, I am looking for an easy solution with a step-by-step guide, if that's not too much trouble.

aaP_talk2student Hello, you can go to the server and execute the bt command, you can select the option 16, repair the panel and try to see if you can access your panel address

Hello, it is recommended that you check whether the bt service is started: bt status
If not started please start it: bt restart
Also check whether the system firewall and server provider's security group have relevant ports open?
