I also have an error similar to this. When going into the settings of Php Myadmin to turn on ssl, it can't be turned on and there is a message that this function is not supported on Open Litespeed.
Please double check this when using Open Litespeed web service

Hello, the panel is not fully compatible with openlitespeed. It is recommended that you use nginx.
