Cron jobs not being executed automatically

First of all, thanks for the great panel, it is wonderful. I love it for the most part however I am facing an issue lately:

I have created cron jobs for db backup which should run every 1 hour but for some reason, they are not working as expected. If I manually execute the job, then it works but it doesn't run automatically after x hours.

I have tried "repairing" the panel but it is still the same.

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Hello, the scheduling task of aapanel is also the timing task of the calling system,

systemctl status crond

The server command line executes the above commands to check the status. If it runs normally, try adding it again

it gives me an error: Unit crond.service could not be found.
