What kind of queries are executed in the database? Which kind of software is being ran? Mysql had a query log, you might want to look you could enable: https://tableplus.com/blog/2018/10/how-to-show-queries-log-in-mysql.html

Open top please and take a screenshot. I think you have a virus. I've just helped someone else using the same host and it had a crypto miner maxing out the cpu. I'm not sure why so many people are getting viruses on just that provider.

I have noticed that the panel consumes more CPU than RAM (when there are active users on the web), possibly if you could increase the processor by 2 cores it would not happen

when try to execute "yum -y install htop && htop" then got this:

There are no enabled repos.
Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable <repo>
