bad_boy I was also facing same problem.....on my end it was due to Mysql. There was a very large DB table which was cause this problem.
mkasa when try to execute "yum -y install htop && htop" then got this: There are no enabled repos. Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have. You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable <repo>
