Hello, can you please provide me any tutorial to setup email?
I have installed Mail server 4.2 and anti spam too. When I click on Mail server>add domain then it has two box:
Domain name
A record
In domain name I put my domain.com
in A record what should I put?

I want to setup three emails:

contact@domain.com
support@domain.com
paypal@domain.com

I have added:
Domain name: domain.com
A record: mails.domain.com

I added SSL from aapanel home>website
But after 90 days do I need to add ssl again from aapanel home>website ??? IF yes then why don't you take ssl from their automatically?

I have added every thing in cloudflare but DMARC record shows Not Set while MX record A record SPF record DKIM record all these shows OK.

I have created a user paypal@domain.com and sent a email to my gmail and I received it in my gmail. but If I reply in same email then I did not get email in aapnel. I got reply in my other server in which currently this email is hosted.

I have created a fresh user which is not hosted anywhere else and tried to send email, I got email in my gmail and I reply to that email but did not receive email in aapanel. How to solve it?

Please check if port 25 of your server has been released
you can use the following command to detect on you PC
telnet mails.domain.com 25

Everything seems to be fine, can you use your mailbox to send an email to jose@aapanel.com? Or can I temporarily log in to your panel to check it?

I see that your domain name has two MX records, maybe this is the reason

When gmail responds, it will select the record with priority 0, but the responder does not find this user

aaPanel_Jose should I delete all of the cPanel entries from cloudflare? Is it not possible to use different email addresses from different servers?

i think aapanel_power is referring to removing the dns proxy on the cloudflare dns record. Edit the zone, click on the a record and toggle the cdn from 'proxied' -> 'dns only' so that it hits your real IP (your server) and NOT the cloudflare IP.

Clarity, you need to do this for the mail.domain.com record only.
