APPStore is missing after Server Restart

Hello,

My APPStore is missing after Server Restart, I have tried to update the panel, restart the panel, fix the panel and restart the server again but these won't bring the Appstore back.

Anyone know how to fix this?

mine still not working but if i goto blank app page and click all or development it shows them...
