JAY looks like php issues downgrade php to lower version and see and it can be rewrite rules too paste your server info and what php script you are using.
zuantou Please check your default document Settings, it is a dynamic PHP files or wait for the static HTML files. If it is a dynamic files, please check your PHP version sets whether to pure static, the corresponding PHP version is normal operation
