subdomain is always redirected to domain

i have apache and php7.2, php 7.3 and php 7.4 installed

I have several subdomains working perfectly, but now I'm trying to add a new subdomain and it doesn't want to work, it always goes to the home of the domain I have. I delete them and recreate them and the same thing always happens, I don't understand what happens this happened from one moment to the next.

I always add them as a new website. but I don't understand why after having several subdomains working, now it doesn't allow me to add more.

the other subdomains are working perfectly, the problem is when I want to add a new one.

Does the redirected subdomain use https access but actually does not deploy ssl?

aaPanel_Jose I am using cloudflare in all domains for ssl

It would be very helpful for me to know your opinion about it, I have not been able to re-create subdomains in any way.

colvengroup Do you have in aapanel configure SSL certificates for all of the domain name?

i had this problem today and fixed it
if you have SSL/TLS encryption mode in cloudflare as full strict make sure to generate ssl certificate even for subdomains at aapanel
or set SSL/TLS encryption mode to flexible and all subdomains will work again like they used to

I was having same issue. I am also using cloudflare ssl. My problem fix by using same ssl for subdomain which i was using for main/parent domain. in this way my subdomain issue fixed.
