No, yet is on VPS, can't change anytime... Old versions of aaPanel is good, but few new versions cURL problem.

Can you give me a problematic server for testing? Do not have online projects, panel updates will not affect the curl module

Please try the following

Execute the following command to delete the curl installed on the panel
rm -rf /usr/local/curl

Download our lib installation script and change curlVersion from "7.70.0" to "7.64.0"

wget http://node.aapanel.com/install/0/lib.sh
sed -i s/curlVersion=\"7\.70\.0\"/curlVersion=\"7\.64\.0\"/g lib.sh

Use the compilation method to reinstall php

PHP cURL Version 7.29.0 installed The installed version is no longer up-to-date and should be updated. In case you were able to connect to the API, everything is fine for now.

I am using AAWP plugin and I am not able to connect with Amazon API due to outdated CURL. Can you please help?

aaPanel_Jose My AAPanel managed servers have curl version 7.29, and I want to update them to latest or stable version. There is no documentation or guide how to update it. I had followed your steps, and recompiled php, but still it is stuck at v7.29.

It shows version 7.67 when I enter curl --version as root user on the ssh, but PHP shows v7.29 of curl. I am using PHP 7.4 + OLS.

Another server is running PHP 7.4 + Nginx, it also has curl version 7.29, which is OLD. Please help!!

aaPanel installs everything from the aaPanel repository but the fault is always on the OS.
I also have a similar issue with Wordpress installed on aaPanel, on CentOS 7.
All software was installed using the compiled method.

The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

maverick same error is coming on my server with nginx. I told the aapanel team few weeks ago but no solutions yet.

szone 1. Run the following commands as a root user in SSH,

rpm -ivh http://www.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/yum-repo/city-fan.org-release-2-1.rhel7.noarch.rpm
yum-config-manager --enable city-fan.org
yum clean all
yum update

I had to open OLS WebAdmin http://serverIP:7080
Run following command in SSH to set username and password for OLS WebAdmin:

/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/admpass.sh

Login at: OLS WebAdmin http://serverIP:7080 with username and password set in step 3.
Go to Tools > Compile PHP > PHP 7.4 > Click on Next Steps and it will ask you to run a command in SSH, run that command, it will take 10 mins to compile PHP 7.4 with latest curl version.

Now use this command in SSH: pkill lsphp

By this time, your PHP Curl version should have been updated to the latest one.

Create t.php and paste this code, save it and access the URL: websitename.com/t.php

Search with CTRL+F on page and enter CURL, it will show the latest version there.

Please check this thread. I had checked curl version from SSH via curl --version and also checked via php file through following command.

My PHP version is 7.4, using OLS, and PHP Curl version was shown as 7.29. It was not getting updated at all. Had to manually do it with hit and trial, here's the solution to update php curl version that I had discovered myself after a lot of hours research.
