SSH Problem .. Not listening

Hello, I have an AAPANEL installed on Debian .. everything is working fine except for SSH .. after last update 6.8.4 SSH is not listening.. I try to use the panle TERMINAL but same problem .. I cannot access to any terminal.. Cound you tell me how can i fix this problem

Please try to create a script task in the cron tab. The content of the script is systemctl start sshd. After the creation is completed, manually click Execute and then observe whether the ssh service has been started

Hi I have the same issue, however...not sure it's a aaPanel issue 🙂

In my case I have a physical machine and I did a very basic Ubuntu 20.04 installation, and the added aaPanel, so the sshd was never installed in the first place, so I cannot say that it have worked.

Now... if I logon to the server I cannot install sshd using the
sudo apt-get install ssh

I get this error:
the following packages have unmet dependencies
bt-nginx119 : Depends: liblua5.1-0 but is not going to be installed
ssh: Depends: openssh-server (>= 1:8.2.p1-4ubuntu0.1 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages

Actually, I tried the 'apt --fix-broken install
and then I installed ssh and now it works 🙂
