I made my own mistake. aaPanel is not designed to be directly access phpMyAdmin by port 888, you need click on Databases and then click phpMyAdmin button to open it.

To fix 403 Forbidden, OpenLiteSpeed, try this

App store > phpMyAdmin > Setting > Select PHP version > choose the right of PHP version installed on server.

Same issue, when I try to change the php versions in the phpmyadmin settings from static to 7.4 it says it saved but seems to revert back to static

Go to "App Store", then type in the search field "phpMyAdmin", then select "settings", then select "PHP Version", then select the PHP version used and click save. After that, try accessing phpMyAdmin again. In this way I can solve the phpMyAdmin 403 forbidden problem.
