internal server error 500

I was created new VM in azure and installed ubuntu 18.04 and installed aapanel
after completing all the thing's installation like phpmyadmin, php 7.4 mySQL 5.6, apache 2.4
and all when i setup and add my site and oppened in chrome browser, screeen show me error 500 internal server error please help me to solve this problem

Yes it is installed in a cpanel now I want to migrate to aws with aapanel and I get this error
