  • Error automatic SSL renewal via cron

After a recent update to the panel, which said that the issue would be resolved by renewing SSL certificates via CRON, the cron log now displays this error message.

-Renewing the 9 certificate,There are 9 certificates in total...
|-【b6ec0b0e8b01d0187cfb470ab37b1f9a】The specified certificate information was not found and the renewal cannot be carried out!

What could it be? How can I resolve it? They still aren't being renewed automatically.

aaPanel_Kern I have 2-factor authentication active on the panel, can I create a temporary user (native aapanel function) for this purpose? I'm waiting to send the data by email, att.

Hello, you can first close 2-factor authentication, all accounts need to verify it when logging in.

Hello, you can Disable SSL first, then reapply, and let its records be normal, and it will be automatically verified next time.
