Stealth Don´t forget the Cloudflare limits. I think upload/download is only 100MB. For upload is 100% you can´t upload to server in free version.
aaPanel_Jose firstclass I only found in the nginx configuration that the keepalive_timeout parameter is 60 seconds in line with your problem, but this parameter should not affect the download, you can try to increase it.
